How an Order Moves

Five Steps, No Surprises

Whether it is a 200-piece initial run or thousands of garments, every client order follows a transparent schedule with fixed accountability.

1

Brief

We start by understanding what you need and who it is for.

  • Styles, sizes and colours
  • Approximate quantity and target date
  • Reference photo or sample, if you have one
2

Fabric & sampling

Fabric is chosen against your brief, and a sample is prepared for approval.

  • Shade and feel reviewed on the roll
  • Sample made to your size spec
  • Changes agreed before bulk cutting
3

Cutting

Approved patterns are laid out and cut with care to reduce waste.

  • Pattern and size ratio confirmed
  • Efficient marker layout
  • Cut pieces bundled and labelled
4

Stitching

Garments are assembled on the line with checks along the way.

  • Seams and stitch density inspected
  • Collars, plackets and pockets aligned
  • Defects fixed before moving ahead
5

Finishing & dispatch

Final trimming, pressing and packing, then out the door on the agreed date.

  • Thread trimming and final inspection
  • Folding and packing to your requirement
  • GST invoice and dispatch update
Technical Processing Line

10-Step Woven Fabric Processing

Our complete sustainable woven fabric finishing facility prepares raw textiles with precision dimensional stability, clean surface finish, and soft hand-feel.

01

Grey Inspection

Every meter of raw woven fabric is thoroughly inspected for flaws, defects, and weaving faults. This ensures only the best quality fabric enters our sustainable processing line.

02

Singeing

Surface fibres and fuzz are burnt off using controlled singeing to create a smooth, clean, and even fabric surface.

03

Desizing

Sizing agents applied during weaving are removed using biodegradable enzymes. This prepares the fabric for better absorbency and chemical treatment.

04

Scouring

We clean impurities, natural oils, and wax through eco-friendly scouring. This improves fabric absorbency and softness.

05

Finishing (Stenter)

Using advanced stenter machines, we heat-set the fabric to stabilize width, control GSM, and ensure consistent texture and dimensional stability.

06

Special Finishes

Customized eco-finishes to match exact client requirements:

Softening Water-repellent Anti-bacterial Anti-static Wrinkle-free

All done with GOTS-approved non-toxic chemicals.

07

Fabric Raising & Brushing Machine

Our raising and brushing technology lifts fibres to create a soft, fluffy, and warm surface. Ideal for premium apparel, shackets, and winter wear collections.

08

Sanforizer / Compressive Shrinking Range

To control residual shrinkage, we use compressive shrinking technology. This guarantees less than 3% shrinkage and long-lasting dimensional stability after washing.

09

Final QC – Quality Control

Every roll undergoes 100% quality inspection for shade, shrinkage, strength, pilling, and hand-feel before packing.

10

Despatch

Eco-friendly packing and ready-to-cut dispatch for apparel manufacturing. Reduced plastic and recyclable packaging.

End-to-End Production

From Fabric to Finished Garments

Sana Green Apparels transforms processed fabrics into finished garments for bulk buyers. We clearly separate specialized fabric processing from garment manufacturing — operating without yarn spinning or weaving to keep our precision focused on cut, sew, and eco-finishing.

Where we look closely

Four checkpoints that keep an order consistent from the first piece to the last.

Fabric inspection

Rolls are examined for shade variation, flaws and feel before they reach the cutting table.

Measurement audit

Finished pieces are measured against the approved sample and size chart.

Stitch & seam check

Seams, hems and button attachments are checked for strength and neatness.

Final inspection

Every batch is reviewed for cleanliness, trims and packing before it leaves.

Good to know

Common questions

What is the minimum order quantity?

It depends on the style, fabric and customisation. Message us your requirement and we’ll tell you what works — we are happy to discuss smaller trial orders too.

Can you match a garment or fabric I already have?

Yes. Share a sample or clear photos with measurements and we’ll prepare a sample for approval before going into bulk production.

Do you offer private labels and custom packing?

Labels, tags and packing can be arranged to suit your brand. Tell us what you have in mind and we’ll confirm what’s possible.

What fabric processing finishes can you provide?

Through our 10-step woven processing line, we provide singeing, enzymatic desizing, eco-scouring, stenter heat-setting, raising/brushing, sanforizing (<3% shrinkage), and special GOTS-approved finishes (softening, water-repellent, anti-bacterial, anti-static, and wrinkle-free).

How long does an order take?

Timelines depend on quantity, fabric availability and approvals. We give you a date when we quote, and update you if anything shifts.

Will I get a GST invoice?

Yes. We are registered under GST (regular registration), and every order is billed with a proper tax invoice.
